It has me up and moving trying something different

I liked working my core on Friday…the moves were simple but I felt it!

Jessie W.

I like that you require us to come it makes me feel like not working out is an option

I like that I am sore and have been able to tell the difference of being able to push myself to do more and more each session.

Yes, specially to friends that cant get themselves to start someone. It is a  good start to start working out.

I needed to get back into shape and couldn’t motivate myself to do it

I haven’t worked out in a long time, so i am enjoying all excerize that I am making myself finally do.  I knew you could have pushed us harder on week 1 and I am glad you didn’t cause the progression is good and I can already tell the different between week 1 and week 2.  So in otherwords I wouldn’t change anything so far!!

I feel good leaving on friday, sometimes sore and almost guilty that i am getting two whole days off, so i have tried to add something in on the weekends.

I have neve been a fan of getting up in the morning but since I have started i am really enjoying the energy at work and loving leaving knowing that I have already completed my days work out.

I really feel you have, I think you do what is best for the class as a whole and the the individuals decide just how hard or easy they make it.  You push but not too hard and its nice to see how much you enjoy this kind of stuff, health and nutrition.

Yes, I definitley do.  I know alot of people that could use this in their lives.

I just overall love how much better I feel in general. I am more aware of what I am doing to my body.

I like being challenged and also encouraged. It helps doing the food logs to see our progress too.

Thanks for challenging us! I don’t want it to be easy…not matter how much we may complain :)

The discipline and energy it’s already introduced in my life, in two short weeks. I’ve been going to bed earlier, waking up early and having really, really productive days.  Even on the days we don’t have camp.  On the days we do have camp, I don’t need caffeine to get me going in the morning and my energy levels stay up all day.  Absolutely loving that!

It’s evident that you are paying attention to our progress and adjusting the routines.

I’m actually really enjoying working out outdoors and watching the sun rise, etc. It’s definitely another fringe benefit of this program!

The partner/band stretches we did on Friday.  Those felt great and I wouldn’t mind doing more of those in the future.

The first day when we ran A LOT, I like that you adjusted and made the cardio portion shorter and broke it up with a variety of exercises other than just running.

The first day was really hard, but by the second day, I knew I would be sticking with the whole 6 weeks.  I’ve never worked out in the early morning or in a boot camp setting, but so far, I’m loving it.  I wish I had tried it sooner!

The History of IMPACT Training

The IMPACT program was the idea of Dr. John Spencer Ellis, founder of the National Exercise Sports Trainers Association and The Adventure Boot Camp Program. John and his team at NESTA did research on the best format for fat burning and muscle conditioning and came up with the formula for IMPACT.

John invited Kelli Calabrese, Clinical Exercise Specialist and Master Trainer to co-create the program including the original 12 IMPACT Method workouts. Together John and Kelli have 45 years of experience in the fitness industry and have amassed 7 college degrees and a combined 35 fitness, nutrition and lifestyle certifications. Kelli and John have many media appearances to their credit including NBC, ABC & CBS. They have spoken internationally, have co-authored books and fitness programs and have dedicated their lives to the pursuit of well being and fitness.

Kelli and John have poured all of their years working with clients from weekend warriors to athletes into the IMPACT program. They have read research, interviewed coaches and taken all of their successes with the Adventure Boot Camp program and wrapped it into the IMPACT Method for you to get the most excellent results.
